Day 3
And sometime late mornings have a big fat disadvantage.
Headache. And to every problem there are ten more problems. It was raining and
the clouds seemed to be banging their heads with each other. 'Peace out weather,' she said annoyingly. Thank God for telephones. She is in constant touch with him. Wait, but why she wasn’t
finding the rainy weather romantic at all? Well, why would she! This kind of
weather demands eating steaming hot samosas/momos/ pakodas along with a mug
full of cold coffee with your special someone. Go away
rain! I don’t like you!, she said.
But well, she loves her phone, not because it’s an iphone 6 (Boasting, yes) but because it keeps them connected. She can call him whenever she wants to and crib about her broken nail and complain about the monkeys going
insane on the rooftop. He’s pretty patient or so she believes. Pun intended.
Later in the evening, she got real bored and so she decided to eat.
And then he said over the phone, "I’ll be going to the gym now after a run." She felt a sudden
threshold of some more guilt and she was ashamed of herself for eating so much. Suddenly
the Oreo biscuits and the Haldirams Aaloo bhujiya seemed to be staring right at
her face. Not to forget the coke bottle that she held in her right hand. And
chocolate..well she had it anyway. Nobody should dare to abandon that 'little' innocent piece(s) of chocolate.
So later in the evening, she went for an evening walk/run. Came back feeling good
about herself, clicked some nice selfies, introduced them to Instagram and had a
big mug full of happiness and fat- cold coffee. Oops.
State of mind- Trying real hard. He is constantly running around in her mind/heart.
